Passion and Quality for over two decades

At Grupo Amanecer, we are driven by a passion for doing things right, based on the premise that quality is non-negotiable. Since 1996, we have been backed by the coffee farming value chain, which has enabled us to become pioneers in our sector.

It was at that time that Agropecuaria Cristhian Mujica was born, dedicated to the cultivation and commercialization of green coffee. The following year, Empresa Transporte Profesional del Truk was established to support the logistics of the distribution process.

Learn about good coffee directly from its founders.

In 2012, we founded Inversiones Torrefacción del Café, C.A. to manage the entire transformation process—from selection and grading to the commercialization of roasted and ground coffee in various presentations—under the Amanecer brand.

In 2015, we acquired Café Della Nonna, a brand with 15 years of market experience, rounding out our product portfolio with distinct cup profiles to satisfy the diverse palates of Venezuelan consumers.

In 2019, we opened the first Café Amanecer location in Miami, United States, and in 2020, we inaugurated our shop in Arare*, Venezuela: the Amanecer Coffee Experience.

To complement our passion for coffee, we created our Barista Training School, a space dedicated to strengthening knowledge about the world of coffee.

Passion for Coffee from Our Land

Our love for coffee wasn't enough with just two brands, which led to the birth of our third brand, Café Favorito, aimed at consumers who prefer a medium-dark roast.

Additionally, we expanded our portfolio to include lentils, black beans*, split peas, and Grade 1 white rice, all of which meet high quality standards. We also offer popcorn kernels to complete our line of selected grains.

We are a company with a track record of over 28 years in Venezuela, driven by a firm conviction to contribute to the country's growth.
